We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.
Job Description: As an Office Assistant at Lynen Interiors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emails, phone calls, and calendar schedules
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with the preparation of documents using Apple Numbers and Pages
- Providing support with Apple Mac and iOS devices
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with client communications and inquiries
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Apple Mac and iOS devices
- Strong skills in Apple Numbers and Pages
- Knowledge of ClickUp is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
