We specialize in all-natural interior design services, creating beautiful and sustainable spaces that reflect our clients’ unique tastes and lifestyles. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.

Job Description: As an Office Assistant at Lynen Interiors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing emails, phone calls, and calendar schedules
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents using Apple Numbers and Pages
  • Providing support with Apple Mac and iOS devices
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with client communications and inquiries
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Apple Mac and iOS devices
  • Strong skills in Apple Numbers and Pages
  • Knowledge of ClickUp is preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
